The Grant awarded by REC at an amount of 3,850,000 EUR. The project was co-funded by the Municipality of Elbasan at an amount of 300,000 ALL.

Grant awarded by Mileucontact and Elbasan Municipality at the amount 4,500 Euro
(2006-2007) - Prevention of HIV/AIDS AND STI diseases among uniformed services
Project Goal: To prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and decrease the level of risky behaviors among Albanian armed forces. The target –groups were the solders (young man) in the uniformed service in some regions: Tirana, Elbasan, Vlora, Bera

(2005-2006): Prevention of HIV/AIDS among high-risk groups in the Prefecture of Elbasan
Grant won by AIDS in an amount of EUR 29,998 for the implementation of the project ” Preventing HIV / AIDS in high-risk groups in the Prefecture of Elbasan ” . The project was supported by the Partnerships in Health Programme under the Western Balkans to fight HIV / AIDS .
Project Purpose : To increase the response to HIV / AIDS in the prefecture of Elbasan , in order to keep the spread of HIV and prevent transmission to decrease in the future.
Target groups were high-risk groups , resident in the prefecture of Elbasan : Sex Workers , Men who have sex with other men , drug users and emigarnet .
The main results of the project were :
The level of knowledge and practice in the prevention of HIV / AIDS were applied in focus groups and quantitative evaluations , in order to identify the major defects in the information and education .
Information was made ??possible bases and the risky behaviors that lead to HIV infection and knowledge of the communities had grown .
Structures were created in education on HIV / AIDS .
The basis for the creation of a voluntary consultation and testing center in Elbasan ( VCTC ) was hospitalized .
2004: More Green Surfaces for our children
Grant awarded by REC at an amount of 9.850 EURO for the implementation of the project The project was co-funded by the Municipality of Elbasan at an amount of 300,000 ALL.
The project aimed at raising the awareness of the communities in the area of Elbasan for the degree of the harmful effects of pollution and the need to be part of the solution rather than expecting changes from outside the communities. Novel green areas were created as part of this project.
2003: Early Detection and Prevention of Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer
Grant awarded by Open Society Foundation for Albania (Soros Foundation) at an amount of 6,230 USD for the implementation of the project.
The target group was women in the reproductive age. Empowerment of women in managing and controlling their own lives was one of the main outcomes of the project.
